Step 1: Video Interview
Using Loom, please record a video answering the following questions for our team to review.
- Who you are: Your name, where you are located, and what role you are currently applying for.
- Experience: What makes you the best person for this role, and what experience do you have?
- Working Remotely: Do you have experience working remotely? Are you able to manage your own time?
- Equipment: Do you have access to the internet, a working computer, and a cellphone?
- Availability: What is your availability, and how many hours per week are you looking for?
- Compensation: What hourly rate are you looking for?
- Internet Speed Test: While recording, go to speedtest.net and click “Go” (no download needed; it takes about 10 seconds). Show your download speed, upload speed, and ping on screen.
- Computer Specs: Open your system information and show it on screen so we can see your operating system, processor, and memory (RAM). On Windows, go to Settings > System > About. On Mac, go to the Apple menu > About This Mac.
