Working alongside our marketing team, you’ll assist in executing social media strategies, ensuring content is consistent, timely, and aligned with our brand goals.

Graphic Creation
Designs and edits high-quality, on-brand graphics and social assets that align with client goals and campaign strategy.
Timelines & Organization
Manages content calendars and task lists to ensure posts, stories, and campaigns are delivered on time with accuracy and attention to detail.
Client Requests
Responds quickly and professionally to client updates, feedback, and asset requests – keeping communication clear and projects moving forward.
Collaboration & Growth
Works closely with the Social Media Manager and design team to strengthen creative concepts, learn new tools, and refine brand consistency across all platforms.
Junior Social Media Manager Responsibilities

Content Creation
This includes designing visually appealing graphics, crafting compelling copy, and creating videos, and stories that align with the brand’s voice and goals.

Community Management
Engage with followers and build a community. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Trend Research
Staying up to date with social media trends and suggesting new ideas for content. Actively seeking inspiration from emerging trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Photoshoot Prep
Assisting with the planning and preparation for photoshoots, including organizing props, coordinating with photographers, and ensuring everything is ready for content creation.

Facebook Groups
Posting in local Facebook groups on behalf of our clients for visibility in the community. This can also be responding to questions of locals who may be requesting a service.
