Oversee task management and communication in ClickUp. Ensure all tasks are scheduled, assigned, and organized with no unassigned items.

Project Management

Manage project timelines, assign resources, and ensure milestones are achieved. Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders, sharing progress updates and resolving issues as they arise.

Email Monitoring

Oversee company email inboxes (Info, WebDev, Accounts, Social), sorting messages and assigning tasks as needed to ensure all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Team Meetings

Build out team meeting agendas and keep meeting notes clear, organized, and actionable, ensuring the team stays aligned and next steps are properly tracked.

Team Morale

Organize and coordinate monthly team-building activities to foster a positive team dynamic. Recognizing important personal events for team members, such as birthdays and losses.
